President & CEO of WARM
He is a native of Henderson County where he has resided during his entire lifetime. His business activities have included industry and banking. Dale has multiple years of recovery from alcoholism. WARM and other recovery activities provide him the opportunity of giving back to those who suffer from addiction.

Nicole Frields
Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Frields is a Henderson native and a graduate of Henderson County High School. She is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. She is the mother of two.

Connie Cook
Medical Director/Safe Off the Streets (SOS) Coordinator
Mrs. Cook is a registered nurse and has held nursing positions at several area hospitals. She has worked at WARM since 2007. Mrs. Cook and her husband Ron have three daughters, one grandson and two granddaughters.

Sharice Benson
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Benson, wife of David Benson and a native of Indianapolis, IN., is a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with an extensive background in the field. She has Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Evansville.

Melinda Davis
Phase II Coordinator/Court Liaison
Melinda Davis is the Phase I Coordinator at The Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor, where Melinda assists in the Recovery process to help women find a new beginning to an old life. Melinda’s main purpose at the WARM Center is to facilitate Phase II Community. She has a strong desire to help reunite mothers who are involved with the court system with their children. Melinda is from the City of Island in McLean County Kentucky and came to WARM in 2009.

Ashley Beaty
Phase II Coordinator
Ms. Beaty has been employed at WARM since 2019. She is a native of Nicholas Co. and currently resides in Henderson. She is currently enrolled at Henderson Community College and is the mother of one son.

Allison Horn
Operations Manager
Allison Horn is the Operations Manager at The Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She has been employed with WARM since 2014 and continues to be passionate about working in Recovery. Allison’s role at the WARM center is to oversee the company’s daily operational functions within the facility.
Allison is currently enrolled at Henderson Community College to continue her education. She is a native of Mayfield, Ky. and currently resides in Henderson Ky. Allison is the mother of two boys and has one grandson.

Stephanie McCarty
Director, Recovery Services
Stephanie is native of Campbellsville, Kentucky and is a graduate of Taylor County High School. She has been affiliated with WARM since 2016, where she has held many different positions for the company. She is currently the Site Manager and Self-Sufficiency Coordinator for Warm Residences. She is the mother of one and is a full-time student pursuing her education.

Kathrena White
Housing Specialist
Kathrena White is the Housing Specialist at Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She has been employed with WARM since 2008.

Sara Meuth
ARRC Director
Ms. Meuth is a native from Henderson who has two amazing sons and granddaughter who has worked for our organization since 2007. She is a graduate from Henderson County High School, has an Associate of Applied Science for Communications from Henderson Community College, a Bachelor of Integrated Studies for Human Services from Murray State University, and is an advanced graduate clinical social work student at Campbellsville University.
