Dale Sights
President & CEO of WARM
Dale has served as President-CEO of the Center for Addiction Recovery, Inc. since the company’s inception during 2007.
At such time he and his wife Margaret Ann, along with many other associates, partnered with Wabuck Development Co. to create Warm, and subsequently the MARC facility in Bowling Green.
He contends that his work in this critical field is a token investment in view of his fortunate thirty-five years of recovery from Alcoholism.
Nicole Frields
CADC, MBA, MSW
Nicole has been with the Center for Addiction Recovery of Henderson, Inc. since its inception in 2007. She oversees programs at Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor, Men’s Addiction Recovery Campus, WARM Residences, the Recovery Resource Club of Henderson, and the Stop The Overdose Project. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and is certified by the state of Kentucky as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Nicole also serves on the board of the Recovery Kentucky Housing Partnership, and is a proud mother of two.
Sharice Benson
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Benson, wife of David Benson and a native of Indianapolis, IN., is a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with an extensive background in the field. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Evansville.
Melinda Davis
Phase II Coordinator/Court Liaison
Melinda Davis is the Phase II Coordinator at The Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor, where Melinda assists in the Recovery process to help women find a new beginning to an old life. Melinda’s main purpose at the WARM Center is to facilitate Phase II Community. She has a strong desire to help reunite mothers who are involved with the court system with their children. Melinda is from the City of Island in McLean County Kentucky and came to WARM in 2009. Melinda has attained her Associates in Health and Science.
Allison Horn
Phase I Coordinator
Allison Michele Horn brings experience and compassion to her role as the Phase 1 Coordinator at The Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. Additionally, Allison is committed to fostering a supportive environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered. Her passion for working in recovery is rooted in both personal and professional motivations.
Julie Nash
Safe Off the Streets (SOS) Coordinator
Julie Nash is the SOS Coordinator at the Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She started as a monitor in 2021 with a passion for those lost in addiction. Since then, she has held different positions within the company. Julie is pursuing her business associates at Henderson Community College. She is the mother of 2 and has one grandchild.
Hope Sisk
Operations Manager
Hope is the Operations Manager at The Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She has been with WARM since 2020 and is dedicated to helping others achieve sobriety. Hope’s role at the WARM center is to oversee the company’s daily operational functions within the facility. Ms. Sisk is a native of Sturgis, Ky., and currently resides in Henderson, Ky. She is the proud mother of both a son and daughter.
Rachel McCoy
WARM Residences Site Manager/Self Sufficiency Coordinator
Rachel is a passionate recovery advocate, dedicated to helping women maintain sobriety after treatment. As a certified peer support specialist and MRT facilitator, she brings both personal experience and professional training to her role. Ms. McCoy is a proud mother and enjoys spending time outdoors with her Boston Terrier, Paris.
Kathrena White
Housing Specialist
Kathrena White is the Housing Specialist at the Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor. She has been employed with WARM since 2008. Ms. White has been dedicated to helping those in recovery throughout her many years of service.
Sarah Nicholson
Executive Administrative Assistant
Sarah Nicholson, a Hoosier native, now resides in Henderson, Kentucky where she has experienced the most gracious welcome. She joined WARM’s team in 2024 as the Executive Administrative Assistant. This position fulfills her daily ambition of wanting to be of maximum service to others by helping them turn past errors into valuable assets. She is a graduate of Indiana University and Ivy Tech and is currently furthering her education in Human Services concentrating in addiction studies. In her spare time, she likes to attend recovery meetings, watch sports, try new restaurants, and spend time with her four nephews, niece, and two cats named Rambo and Chewy, all of which she adores.
Jaclyn Townsend
Office Manager
Mrs. Townsend is a native of Sturgis, Ky and currently resides in Morganfield, Ky, with her husband and her children. She has been employed with WARM since 2019. Jaclyn has held several positions within our company and currently serves as our Office Manager. Jaclyn remains dedicated to helping other women improve their lives through recovery.
Ruth Allen
Lead SOS Monitor
Ruth joined the WARM team in 2022 and is devoted to helping other women find hope and healing through community support and education. She is a mother of three children and grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. Ruth looks forward to continuing her education and following her passion for Recovery.
